Case study: Bluewater Centre, Kent
Bluewater is the largest shopping centre in Europe, with over 320 retail units, comprising 1.625 million sqft of lettable area, on a 250 acre site, within a former chalk quarry.
Clarson Goff Management were engaged by Lend Lease to review, plan and manage the fitting-out of the three main malls and to co-ordinate with the retail tenants, concerning the design, statutory permissions and simultaneous fit out of all the retail units.
